How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your size and colour, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@fitolini.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised notes?
Yes! We offer gift customisation options on select items. Look for the customisation option on the product page or contact us to arrange a special gift experience.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Canada and are expanding to the US and UK. Stay tuned for updates on new shipping destinations.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Why does my order show "Sold Out" for some sizes?
Our inventory is updated regularly. If your size is unavailable, we recommend checking back soon or contacting us at support@fitolini.com to be notified when it's restocked.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Sale items and intimates (shapewear, swimwear, sleepwear) are final sale.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@fitolini.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 1–2 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
📏 Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to our size chart for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size, but fit can vary by collection (e.g., shapewear fits snugly by design). Always check the individual product's size notes for guidance.
Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes! Fitolini is proud to offer an inclusive size range across many of our collections. Filter by your size on our collection pages to find styles available in your size.

How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the "Discount" field at checkout before completing your purchase. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
