Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains how Fitolini and Fitoshape (the "Stores", operated from Canada) collect, use and protect your personal information when you browse, shop, create an account or sell on our marketplace.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, password stored in hashed form), delivery and billing addresses, order history, wishlist, product reviews, messages you send us, and, for sellers, shop profile details and payout notes. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.
Social sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn or Amazon, we receive your name, email address and the provider's account identifier. We use them only to create or sign you in to your account. We never post to your social accounts.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, take payment, provide customer support, send order updates, prevent fraud, improve the Stores, and, if you opt in, send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Payments
Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Stores (payment, shipping, email, hosting, analytics), with marketplace sellers for the items you buy from them (name and delivery address only), and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and understand how the Stores are used. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA and other applicable privacy laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent. Use the Contact page on this site to make a request. We reply within 30 days.

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
