Seller agreement

1. Your shop

You sell your own products under your own brand name. You are the seller of record for your products and are responsible for their quality, accuracy of listings, and compliance with the laws that apply to them.

2. Listings

Products must be authentic, accurately described and legal to sell. No counterfeit, stolen or restricted goods. We may remove or decline any listing at our discretion.

3. Orders & shipping

You ship orders within the processing time shown on your shop, using the tracking details you enter. Customer details are shared only to fulfil the order and must not be used for anything else.

4. Returns

You will honour the marketplace return window and your own published policy. Approved returns are refunded to the customer and deducted from your balance.

5. Commission & payouts

We keep a commission on each sale as shown in your dashboard. Your earnings are paid out using the payout details you provide. Refunds, chargebacks and seller-funded discounts are deducted from payouts.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for your own income tax and any tax registrations that apply to your business.

7. Ending

Either side may close the shop at any time. We may suspend a shop that breaks these rules or harms customers.
